I'm busy and don't have a ton of time. How long will the program take?

The module content is available on demand, and includes a variety of written, audio, and video files. Expect to spend 2 - 4 hours per week on the lessons and homework.

If I can't finish all the modules in 6 weeks, will this still work for me?

Absolutely! You can go at your own pace, but it is recommended to stay on course as much as possible. The more you put into the program, the more you will get out of it.

Will I have access to the content after the program ends?

Yes! You will have lifetime access to the content, even after the program ends.

What if I want more coaching sessions?
